Refund & Returns Policy

• We offer exchanges for size, color, or the same item, subject to availability.
• Contact us to request an exchange and confirm that the replacement item is available.
• Send the original item back after approval. Customer covers return shipping, and the replacement ships after the return is received and inspected.

• Orders can be cancelled or adjusted only within 2 hours of being placed.
• Approved cancellation requests submitted within this window receive a 100% refund with no cancellation fee.
• Requests submitted after 2 hours may already be in processing and cannot be fully refunded. Modification charges may apply depending on the requested change.

Policy window

Our policy remains valid for 30 days following completion of delivery. After this period the order is deemed accepted and no refunds will be issued.

Accepted return conditions

You may return an item within 30 days of delivery when all of these conditions are met:

• The item is unworn, unused, and in original condition.
• The item is in its original packaging with all original tags attached.
• You provide proof of purchase, such as the order confirmation or receipt.
• You contact us and receive return approval before sending the item back.

Non-returnable items

The following items cannot be returned:

• Final sale, clearance, or promotional sneakers marked non-returnable.
• Gift cards.
• Custom, personalized, or special-order items.
• Items that have been worn, washed, stained, scented, damaged after delivery, or altered.
• Items missing original tags, packaging, or included accessories.

Return procedure

• Email [email protected] to request a return and include your order number and reason for the request.
• If approved, we will issue a Return Authorization Number (RMA) and provide the correct return address.
• Send the item back using a trackable shipping method. Do not ship a return before approval.
• After receipt, we inspect the item and confirm whether it meets the return conditions.

• Clearly write the RMA number on the outside of the package.
• Returns without approval or an RMA number may be delayed or rejected.
• Use a trackable shipping method.
• SALUTE SPORT LLC is not responsible for returns lost in transit.

Return shipping costs

Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to a defective, damaged, or incorrect item sent by us. In those cases, we cover the approved return shipping cost.

Damaged, defective, or incorrect items

Contact us within 7 days of delivery and include clear photos of the item, original packaging, and shipping label. Do not return the item until we confirm the issue. Once verified, we will arrange a replacement or full refund, including approved return shipping.

EU 14-day cooling-off right

For orders shipped into the European Union, you may cancel or return within 14 days for any reason. Items must remain unworn and unused, with original tags, packaging, and proof of purchase.

Refund processing timeline

Once your return is received and approved, the refund is issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

If more than 15 business days have passed since refund approval, contact us so we can investigate.

1. Return requests must be submitted within 30 days of delivery.
2. Items sent without prior approval may be rejected or delayed.
3. Customer pays return shipping unless the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect.
4. Use a trackable shipping method and keep the shipping receipt until the return is completed.
5. Refunds may be denied if the item does not meet the return conditions or arrives after the return window.
